    • Knee breeches were a common pant in the 18th century, and are appropriate for the French and Indian War through the American Revolution. These are made of a medium weight 100% wool with matching covered buttons and fit true to waist size in inches. We use the same natural white wool in the breeches, waistcoats, and regimental coats for a cohesive set.

      Additional sizing information:

The size of the breeches is in inches with the gusset completely closed. To find your size, measure around your waist where the breeches will sit. Then enter that number below to verify your size.

If you have any questions about this or would like sizing advice, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Excellent Product

These breeches exceeded all expectations. Well made, quality product! The look amazing paired with the 1770's waistcoat in white, it really completes the look as a set. Add a regimental coat, and you are looking sharp!

The britches fit as advertised and seem a quality product made in a period appropriate heavy weight wool. I expect to get many years wear doing reenactment presentations. I will purchase more items from this retailer as the service was also exemplary. Dr. J. H. Armstead
